Aleksandr Romanychev is founder and CEO of WCH Service Bureau, a global service provider and a leader in the tri-state area that offers an array of billing and healthcare management services for large and small medical groups and practitioners.
Alex has more than 25 years of financial, operational and customer service management experience as well as a background in international affairs.
WCH has grown from a single service medical billing outfit in Brooklyn, New York to one of the few companies that offer front and back-end medical services with hundreds of physician groups as clients. Today, WCH provides billing, coding, chart auditing and customized medical software solutions as well as receptionist services, and Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits.
Alex formed WCH in 2001 after managing a pediatric medical practice, in New York where he identified the demand for reliable, financial and provider management services for large and small medical groups.
Prior to relocating to the U.S., Alex was CEO of "Tabiat,” a major distributor in Uzbekistan where he led a significant expansion and growth.
The son of university professors, Alex believes strongly in education for advancement in life and has developed the coolsite4me.com website, which is an educational online portal that allows children to learn through the use of interactive 3D games. He is currently seeing to provide the technology and curriculum to U.S. to Eastern European as well as other countries as a way of giving back to the community.
Alex is a member of numerous industry associations including the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA); the American Medical Billing Association (AMBA); American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC), and the Professional Association of Healthcare Management (PAHCOM).
He earned an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tashkent State Polytechnic University and a B.A. in Business Administration from the Moscow School of Business. He lives with his family in Brooklyn, NY.
Olga Khabinskay is COO of WCH Service Bureau, a global service provider for the healthcare industry focused on helping doctors improve their practice operations.
As COO, Olga has management responsibility for many of the company’s divisions including medical office billing, coding, physician credentialing and marketing. She is involved in the strategic development and growth of the company as well, which has offices in several countries.
Olga is also focused on ensuring superior customer service nationwide along with designing personalized solutions for clients who often turn to WCH, plagued by reimbursement issues, faulty practice management and other revenue management problems. With the recent crackdown on practices by Medicare, WCH is working with its clients to ensure they are conforming to regulations.
Olga joined WCH in 2003, shortly after the company was founded, as a credentialing specialist. She became manager of the credentialing department and gained experience in billing and auditing, rising to her most recent position as GM.
Prior to joining WCH, Olga was an assistant manager at a medical office for five years, where she handled patient care, reimbursement needs and contract issues. As a result, she is highly trained and experienced in HIPPA regulations, insurance networking, client relations and legal practice issues.
Through the Company, Olga is a member of many industry organizations including the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA); the American Medical Billing Association (AMBA); American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC), Professional Association of Healthcare Management (PAHCOM) and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
Olga is an avid marathon runner and has participated in several cancer charity races including the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure on the WCH Panthers team.
She graduated with a B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Adelphi University and completed her masters in Keller Graduate School of Management specializing in healthcare management.
Aleksandr is focused on recruitment and improving the quality and quantity of services provided to clients. Mr. Tulupov was an initiator of opening Uzbekistan office. Prior to joining the WCH team, he was involved in various governmental, social and commercial structures, where he gained experience in interaction with people and organizations. Aleksandr Tulupov is a member of American Chamber of Commerce and he is an enthusiastic backgammon player.
Konstantin Maximov joined the company in 2015 and is the regional manager of the WCH representation in Russia. With extensive experience in staff management and implementation of projects, Konstantin organizes work in representation in Kazan, as well as in charge of projects in the field of IT technologies. Konstantin has 14 years of experience in the banking business, where he was involved in the development of the banking network in the Volga region of Russia, to implement projects related to banking services sales. He took part in the organization of the Universiade, held in Kazan in 2013, providing banking services to Universiade objects, for which he was awarded a government award. Konstantine and his family live in Kazan. He has two degrees - in the field of IT and Economics, leads an active lifestyle, and is involved in winter and summer sports.
