Important Update for Providers: Changes to eviCore Healthcare's Services for Emblem Program

As of January 1, 2024, eviCore Healthcare (“eviCore”) will discontinue providing health plan-sponsored services through the Palladian/eviCore PNP Agreement for the Emblem program. The termination of this program is set to take effect on December 31, 2023.

This significant update directly impacts healthcare providers associated with eviCore's services through the Palladian/eviCore PNP Agreement for the Emblem program. As of the specified date, the provision of health plan-sponsored services will no longer be available through this agreement.

What Providers Need to Know:

•           Effective January 1, 2024, eviCore will no longer offer health plan-sponsored services for the Emblem program through the Palladian/eviCore PNP Agreement.

•           The termination of this program will be in full effect as of December 31, 2023.

•           Providers are advised to continue treating Emblem Health members and to submit claims to Palladian for all dates of service before January 1, 2024.
