WCH Introduces Credentialing Live Link
Considering the amount of ongoing processes in WCH Credentialing Department, it became crucial for us to inform our clients regarding their enrollment status in a more effective and efficient way. I would say even a more sophisticated way.
Understanding that automation of the business processes is crucial in order to stay competitive in today’s world, WCH has realized a need to implement a useful feature for our Credentialing clients. For the providers’ convenience, WCH has developed Credentialing Live Link!
We understand the current needs of the providers and introduce new Credentialing Link!
Credentialing Live Link is a brand new web-based access developed by WCH. It enables our clients to have 24/7 access to their ongoing credentialing processes and up-to-date information of their credentialing progress.
Credentialing Link is user-friendly, secure and easy to navigate. Every credentialing client receives access and can monitor their progress without picking up a phone.
Credentialing Link allows providers to sort data by group practice, provider, insurance name and status. All provider IDs and effective dates can also be viewed in Credentialing Link. Thus, providers have full access to important and comprehensive information anytime from any place at a click of the mouse. There are two types of access:
1. Shared Access
When there are many providers under a group and all the processes of the group can be viewed;
2. Separate Access
Each provider of the group can view information related to his or her processes only. For instance, if there are 20 doctors in a group, each of them can be given individual or separate access.
All approved and finalized cases can be grouped and distributed among medical office staff. This will eliminate any delays as providers may start making appointments after their participation has been approved.
How It Works
As soon as the database for ongoing cases of the client is ready, Credentialing Specialist will generate individual login and password to be used on Credentialing Live Link. Once Credentialing Department gets updates on the status of any case, the information will be immediately updated in Credentialing Live Link. During urgent cases, WCH will continue to notify clients in the traditional way of the status updates either by phone or email. However, with the help of our new feature providers themselves can get essential and well-organized information captured online on Credentialing Live Link anytime.
