On Monday December 2, 2013 WCH received meaningful use certification for iSmart EHR that was created by WCH programmers and with the support of the doctors.  This certification designates this software as capable for support health care providers with Stage 1 and Stage 2 meaningful use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The testing and certification is provided by Drummond group, an Authorized Certification Body (ACB) and an Accredited Test Lab (ATL) within the Office of the National Coordinator HIT Certification Program.

In efforts to achieve an improved clinical care delivery, the US government provides incentives for adoption and effective use of EHRs by U.S. healthcare providers. “We are extremely glad and honored to announce that we have successfully passed required modules for EHR Stage 2 Ambulatory 2014 Edition Modular Certification,” says Olga Khabinskay, COO. “Now we are ready to offer our clients, partners, and all other interested health care and service providers our Certified iSmart EHR product, so that they can use our system and earn federal incentives. It was a hard and challenging endeavor, but WCH went through all the difficulties together as a team.
