What an Amazing end to a Great Year

We never stop growing and improving. WCH Service Bureau is yet again announcing amazing and extraordinary news. On Monday December 2, 2013 WCH received meaningful use certification for iSmart EHR that was created by WCH programmers and with the support of the doctors.  This certification designates this software as capable for support health care providers with Stage 1 and Stage 2 meaningful use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The testing and certification is provided by Drummond group, an Authorized Certification Body (ACB) and an Accredited Test Lab (ATL) within the Office of the National Coordinator HIT Certification Program.

In efforts to achieve an improved clinical care delivery, the US government provides incentives for adoption and effective use of EHRs by U.S. healthcare providers. “We are extremely glad and honored to announce that we have successfully passed required modules for EHR Stage 2 Ambulatory 2014 Edition Modular Certification,” says Olga Khabinskay, COO. “Now we are ready to offer our clients, partners, and all other interested health care and service providers our Certified iSmart EHR product, so that they can use our system and earn federal incentives. With that incredible achievement we are the First Russian-American company on the nationwide health care market to have their own certified EHR product! I am extremely proud of my team.”

Aleksandr Romanychev, President and CEO of WCH, said “I am grateful to all employees and doctors who took a huge part and helped to develop this software. We are fortunate and happy to have a team of extremely talented people. Not mentioning that WCH has the first Certified Professional Biller in Brooklyn, our programmers has developed this unique software in a short time frame and achieved the stage 2 certification leaving behind other well-known EHR systems. It is our responsibility to the healthcare industry to provide physicians the tools they need to practice medicine in an easy to use and comfortable way. Our system was developed with our clients' needs in mind and it will help them achieve smoother office operations. We are committed to the success of our clients. After all, their success is our success!” The iSmart EHR has undergone a system usability testing prior to being certified. Testing results received a high praise on all dimensions, with system usefulness singled out with the highest rating. In fact, the system scored above the benchmarks as the participants expressed positive feelings towards the iSmart EHR system. The testing conductor stated that "the system did very well”.

It was a hard and challenging endeavor, but WCH went through all the difficulties together as a team. WCH management and IT department ran against many obstacles and effectively removed them, not giving up and continuing to move forward, learning from mistakes and improving at every step of the way. “Most importantly, we earned the trust of our employees and clients,” said Ilana Kozak, PR manager of WCH. “The result is extraordinary and WCH IT department and our clients are to thank for it”. The iSmart EHR is more than software, it is a product of hard and extensive labor created by talented and dedicated individuals who put their hearts into a project they believed will improve the company and make a difference in people's lives.

It has truly been a groundbreaking period for WCH, its management and employees. All stakeholders will soon see the benefits and advantages of the WCH - developed and certified iSmart EHR. WCH is still continuing its journey.
