Technologies are evolving and we do not stand aside. WCH introduces the new upgraded version of the system iSmart Monitor - web-based monitoring tool which simplifies the process greatly! WCH works hard to make the process easier for you and keep transparency for each and every claim you need to track. 

If you are away from your working computer – it is no longer an issue! All you need is internet connection!

All your claims will be available there, you will have an option to check the status of the claims and see all the details. There are several sorting options to filter claims you need to see. All remittances will be available with details as well.

All is clear and nothing inessential!

Check the full remittance or open the payment information for the specific claim you are interested in. Also, you will be able to print EOB and save on your device to get back to it, when needed. Web tool has the same functionality as the on-premise software, including all reports, which you usually run. 

And all this you can do on any device and any place. All you need is stable internet access. No need to wait for software regular database updating. Payment info is updated every 24 hours.
